In Destan Episode 17, When Kircicek was requesting Batuga for assistance, Manco arrived at the tribe and said he had to have some conversation with the claw. Akkiz appeared while Batuga was urging Manco to return back. Manco said that Akkiz’s mother did not die. Alpagu arrived at the tribe and paid attention to what Manco wanted to say. After a short while, Kaya got in and told his father that Balamir had raided the western khanate. After Alpagu departed from the tribe, the archers stormed him, but Akkiz rescued him. Gunseli sent a letter to Batuga without anyone knowing.
Temur arrived at the castle and announced that he would not follow his father’s direction anymore. Ece urged Temur to change his decision, but in vain. When Balamir was having dinner with the tribal leaders, Batuga appeared and said he would provide them with the smallpox cure. Leaders started to cheer up Batuga.
On the same night, Balamir captured Batuga and demanded him to change the mind of the leaders. Alpagu became aware of what Balamir had done and announced that Temur would be the leader of the army. Ece said that Temur will now favor Batuga. Alpagu altered his plan and opted to ask for soldiers from China. Akkiz invaded the salt stuffed caves with Manco. Kaya said that Batuga had occupied all the salt and aimed to come to the castle.
Just when Balamir was going to murderl Batuga, Kircicek appeared.When Balamir was having conversations with Kircicek, Akkiz raided and took him as prisoner. Batuga then met with Akkiz and informed her that he was going to the castle. Akkiz said she wanted to go together with Manco and disputed with Batuga. Batuga soon arrived at the palace and said that he would provide the smallpox cure to all the villagers. After thinking for a short time, Alpagu acknowledged Batuga’s deal and went with him to the secret tunnel in the castle. Batuga said that many years back someone tricked his mother and there are still betrayers in the castle.
